Shipping information
Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 5-7 working days. Any differing delivery times will be indicated separately on the product page or in the order confirmation.
Standard delivery times (without guarantee):
- Germany × with DHL or Hermes × 2-5 working days
- Europe × with DHL/PostNL × 5-10 working days
- USA* × with Pakajo US Post/UPS × approx. 3 weeks
- Overseas × with Post NL × between 30-40 days
We deliver worldwide, all prices include German VAT plus shipping costs. Current costs for shipment will be calculated depending on the item(s) and according to the respective destination address and country during the checkout process and displayed to you.
Plese note, if your order contains a pre-order item then everything will ship together when released, not as separate parcels.

Shipping costs
The shipping rates are based on package size, weight and destination country. For orders with multiple items, the costs are based on the largest, most expensive item. Shipments outside EU countries may require additional customs fees. Applicable taxes, customs duties or import duties are to be borne by the buyer. Please inform yourself before ordering.
